UPASS lanceerde in 2018 een nieuwe generatie 20μ verbeterde meerlaagse co-extrusie kuilvoerfolie met bijna tien verschillende grondstoffen, met behulp van toonaangevende materiaaltechnologie en geavanceerde productietechnologie. Voor verschillende functionele lagen wordt een andere harscombinatie gebruikt om specifieke eigenschappen te bereiken, wat resulteert in een uitstekende algehele prestatie van de folie. Hierdoor wordt de dikte verminderd zonder de bruikbaarheid van de folie te beïnvloeden.

1. 20μ Verbeterde 5-laagse co-geëxtrudeerde kuilvoerfolie
Eerste laag: UV-bestendigheid. Tweede laag: Permanente weerstand. Derde laag: Scheurweerstand. Vierde laag: Biedt hoge elasticiteit. Vijfde laag: Biedt hoge kleefkracht.
2. 25μ Standaard 3-laagse co-extrusie kuilvoerfolie
Eerste laag: UV-bestendigheid. Tweede laag: Uitgebreide mechanische eigenschappen. Derde laag: Biedt een hoge kleefkracht.
 
De voordelen van de nieuwe generatie verbeterde 5-laagse co-extrusie kuilvoerfolie van Upass 1. Hoogwaardige kuilvoer verpakkingsfolie met hetzelfde volumegewicht, tot 25% meer volume per rol verpakt. 2. Vermindert het folieverbruik per strozak en verlaagt de gebruikskosten. 3. Vermindert het aantal rolwissels en verbetert de verpakkingsefficiëntie. 4. Gebruikt hoogwaardige hars om de perforatie- en scheurweerstand te verbeteren. 5. Uitstekende afdichting zorgt voor de kwaliteit van anaërobe fermentatie. 6. UV-bestendigheid tot 12 maanden. De voordelen van de voering van de kuilvoerfolie die traditionele kuilvoerfolie vervangt: 1. Gemakkelijk te dragen en te voeren. 2. Efficiëntere verpakking. 3. Gemakkelijk voor algehele recycling en milieubescherming. 4. Verbetert de kwaliteit van kuilvoeders. 5. Betere compactheid van de strozak. 6. Verbetert het zuurstofbestendigheidseffect.
